“I think about one of my clients up here in Kingsland, we started off with a remodel of their home here in Kingsland. About 6-7 years later we ended up remodeling the entire home after the 2018 flood. My brother and I were there the day it flooded, helped them strip the house down to the studs, power wash out all the mud, tore out all the cabinets, everything, got it drying out and then rebuilt the entire home back from scratch.
We finished it and then they enjoyed the house for 4 or 5 years and then we ended up building them a new house for a third project with them here in Kingsland. I think it’s just from working with them and kind of forming a relationship versus just not making it a business transaction per se.”
