Meeting with a potential client for the first time is an exciting opportunity to begin turning dreams into reality. When clients come prepared, our conversation is much more productive, allowing me to ask questions that help me understand not just what they want, but who they are. This insight helps me create a home that perfectly fits their lifestyle and vision.
Before our first meeting, it’s helpful to gather inspiration photos, even if they’re just from magazines or online. These visuals speak volumes about your tastes and preferences. Think about the features you consider non-negotiable versus those that are ‘nice-to-haves’. Having a clear sense of your budget range and timeline expectations also streamlines the conversation.
Consider how you plan to use your home. Do you love entertaining? Maybe you need a chef’s kitchen or spacious living area. If hobbies are a significant part of your life, how can we accommodate those? And think about the future—do you plan to expand your family or perhaps downsize later on?
This information helps us structure our discussion around your vision and ensures we’re the right fit for each other. It’s a two-way conversation; you’re evaluating me just as much as I’m learning about your project.
I invite you to start this journey by calling me at (210) 490-0069. Let’s discuss your vision and see if we’re a match to create something truly special together.
